## Core concepts

- Drayker is the system; Dk is its intelligence; Dk Network is its network.
- Distributed Kernel is Dk's technical name and architectural principle; it does not reduce Dk to a low-level kernel.
- DFM means Distributed Functional Modeling: model a problem, divide it into finishable functions, distribute them, review the result and preserve its sources.
- Members are the intended constitutional subjects. Agents may carry delegated functions and Dk may perform contextual synthesis, but neither acquires member rights or sovereign authority.
- Drayker's internal economy circulates capacity contextually; money, contracts and markets remain part of its external interface.
- Reputation is multidimensional operational memory, not a price, a currency, human worth or one global moral score.
- Dk performs contextual synthesis; systemic safeguards — constitutional constraints, security, permissions, integrity, reserves and risk — bound what can be executed; accountable member institutions authorize consequential allocations.
- Decisions do not end the loop: effects, refusals and consequences return through members' personal Dks as new evidence, without a universal individual veto; a decision can be maintained, adapted, excepted, suspended or reversed.
- Security conditions normal decisions, not only attacks. Legitimate criticism is not infiltration; internal error is not sabotage; extraordinary measures leave memory for later review.
- Dknowledge is a multiscale operational ontology with contextual permissions. Auditability does not mean total exposure.
- DAF is transitional scaffolding; PAP is the environment where intentions become projects and durable applications.
- Public pages distinguish what is running now from architecture, research and designed future systems.
- Intelligence is a means. Human will to potential and mass participation are the end.
